Winter 2026 Week 4: WICS x Google – Mock Technical Interview Prep

On Monday, January 26, 2026, WICS partnered with Google to host an interactive mock technical interview prep workshop. Members got to hear about Google’s internship and full-time recruitment process, including insights on behavioral and technical interviews, key topics to prepare for, and personal experiences from the Googlers. Attendees then broke into small groups, each paired with one of the five Googlers, to collaboratively work through a SWE-style technical interview problem while asking questions and receiving guidance. The workshop concluded with additional Q&A discussions within these groups, helping members gain confidence as they prepare for mock interviews in February.
