Winter 2024 Week 9: WICS x CoStar: How to be a Confident Woman in Tech

On Monday, March 4, 2024, WICS collaborated with CoStar Group and held a presentation on how to recognize personal strengths and apply them as a woman in the tech industry. Members were challenged to evaluate their own technical and problem solving skills, and they were encouraged with tips on how to become more confident in their own abilities. They also learned the do’s and don’ts in an interview and how to stand out during the interview process. The event ended with a Q&A session with a representative from CoStar Group, where members were able to gain more insight about what recruiters look for when they are hiring.
