Spring 2025 Week 2: WICS x WiT Coffee Chat

On Monday, April 7, 2025, WICS collaborated with Women in Tech (WiT) at UCI to host an engaging coffee chat. Members gathered in seven circular groups, each with a representative from WiT. The event was structured into five 14-minute rounds with quick one-minute rotations between sessions. During each round, participants had the opportunity to ask WiT representatives about their personal journeys and experiences in various tech subfields. The intimate setting allowed for meaningful conversations and insights, with members eagerly jotting down advice and exchanging contact information. Some groups erupted in laughter over shared experiences, while others engaged in deep discussions about navigating the tech industry.
