Fall 2024 Week 5: SheTech Navigating Software Careers

This Monday, October 28th, 2024, WICS hosted an interactive SheTech workshop, giving members a glimpse into the world of software careers. The event started with introductions and icebreakers, followed by career advice from CoreLogic industry professionals. The highlight was an Agile-inspired Retrospective activity, where attendees used color-coded sticky notes to discuss successes, improvements, and challenges in their lives. Working in groups, participants shared insights and even got an inside look at Corelogic’s internships for Summer 2025. The workshop left members inspired and better prepared for their journeys in tech!
