Fall 2023 Week 7: API Workshop with Postman Pt. 1

On Saturday, November 18th, 2023 of Fall 2023, WICS held an API workshop with Postman. Led by WICS members, Tiffany Cheung and Sophia Shaw, participants learned all about the basics of APIs and the world’s leading API platform, Postman. Upon arrival, participants enjoyed a breakfast buffet from IHOP before jumping into the workshop. The hosts walked participants through how to register for Postman’s API Fundamentals Student Expert course and through the first half of the modules. After completing the course, participants will not only be a student expert on using Postman, but will also receive an official Postman certification and a swag bag!
